Crown Lifting

Removing the lower branches to raise the canopy.

Crown lifting takes off the lowest branches so the bottom of the canopy is higher. It is the usual answer when a tree has grown over a footpath, a driveway or a neighbour's fence.

We work up from the bottom in small steps and stop while the tree still looks as natural as possible, whilst managing to achieve your requirements.

When crown lifting is the right job
