Woodland Thinning

Thinning a young or overcrowded wood takes out the poorer stems so the trees worth keeping get the light and the root room to put on real growth. It is also how you get light back down to the woodland floor and bring the ground flora with it.

We mark up with you, work in blocks, and stack or extract the timber to the ride. Larger jobs may need a felling licence, and we will tell you where you stand and help with the paperwork.
